What Alien Cloud sells
Infrastructure, sold as a product. A cloud server, a dedicated machine, managed web hosting, a mailbox, a domain, an SSL certificate. Each one has a spec and a price, and you can read the price before you talk to anyone.
That is the whole boundary. If you need someone to plan it, run it or fix it, that is Alien IT. If you want to buy the machine, the space or the name, that is Alien Cloud. This site does not sell managed IT, a cyber program, or a migration project.
Who does the work
Angus Lewington runs Alien Cloud as a sole trader from Emu Plains NSW 2750, in the west of Sydney. The same person sells the server, sets it up, keeps it running, and answers the phone when it does not. There is no account manager in between.
The machines are in Australia. That is a deliberate choice, not a default, and it is the answer to the first question most people ask.
One number, and what is missing
The deploy manifest behind this estate covers 61 sites. Those are sites we run, not customers, and it is the only scale number on this page because it is the only one that can be checked.
There are no case studies on this site yet, and no uptime figure. When there are, they will carry a client name and a number that was measured.
